EHSS 2026 Spring Festival: First Lesson for Resuming Work

On the 8th day of the first lunar month, the 2026 Spring Festival "First Lesson for Resuming Work" of Qingdao EIHE Steel Structure Group Co., Ltd. was held as scheduled. Liu Jie, Chairman of the Group, reviewed and arranged the whole work of the Group. Meanwhile, Liu Jiaping, Vice President of the Company, gave a special lecture on the safety of resumption of work.

In his speech, Chairman Liu Jie made a comprehensive review of the development achievements in the past year, carried out an in-depth analysis of the current development status of the steel structure industry and the company, and systematically put forward the strategic priorities and core tasks for the next five years, especially in 2026.

He pointed out that in the past year, under the strategic vision of “dual-wheel drive of international market expansion and domestic production and operation, and integrated development of design, research and development, intelligent manufacturing and construction”, all the staff members had worked together with unity, dedication, and perseverance to overcome difficulties. The company successfully completed all the major annual business indicators, and achieved a hard-won and remarkable development report.

He also required all staff to, based on the new starting point of development, place themselves in the development trend of the industry and fully kick off the new year's work from multiple aspects such as the expansion of the international market, the high-end market, the increase in the research and development investment in products related to intelligent construction, the optimization of the organizational structure and the allocation of resources, the performance and the compensation system, and the further promotion of the application of intelligent technologies.

Safety in production must always be taken as a top priority, he stressed. Based on the high-risk feature of the steel structure industry, the company must press full staff safety responsibilities, strengthen the safety supervision in the site and the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards, strictly follow the bottom line of safety in production, and build a safety defense line to secure the steady and orderly development of the Group.

In the special lecture on "Work Resumption Safety", Vice President Liu Jiaping combined closely with the high-risk characteristics of the steel structure industry and interpreted in detail the newly revised "Work Safety Law" and other relevant new rules and regulations in accordance with the latest national, provincial, and municipal safety regulations. Meanwhile, he discussed the prominent problems and weak links existing in the company's current safety work. In addition, he conducted in-depth safety warning education by analyzing three typical safety accident cases in the steel structure industry. He guided all staff members to attach great importance to safety in production, improve the level of safety prevention awareness, focus on the rectification of safety problems, and fully carry out special self-inspection and self-correction actions on safety. He also deployed the annual safety control measures with "zero accidents in safety production" as the core.

The activity of resuming work on that day began with brilliant colorful fireworks and firecrackers. In addition, during the activity, the company organized interactive games such as red envelope drawing and ring toss. The participants were all enthusiastic and actively joined. The laughter relieved the fatigue of the holiday, promoted team cohesion, and built up a festive, peaceful, united, and inspiring atmosphere for the spring festival work resumption.
