▶ Key Process Requirements

Degreasing Treatment: All pipelines, valves and instruments must be degreased before installation. During installation, it shall be ensured that no oil or impurities enter the pipelines.

Pipeline Connection and Inspection:

Gas pipelines shall be welded, installed in casings and filled with non-combustible materials. Anti-static and anti-corrosion insulation treatment shall be applied at the contact points with supports and hangers.

Upon completion of pipeline installation, strength test, tightness test and leakage test shall be carried out.

▶ Supporting Equipment in the Station:

Pipelines, gas supply equipment, valves, alarm devices, etc. Connectors and supports of such equipment shall also be made of stainless steel or anti-corrosion treated steel.
