Design-Prefabrication Integrated Process

For the Design Fabricated Modern Prefabricated Hospital, our ODM process mainly consists of four stages.

Stage 1: Digital Collaborative Design.

This is the core highlight of the product. We will carry out design in accordance with your requirements and medical building standards, and provide you with relevant drawings and modeling. Through further communication and optimization, the module division and finalization standards will be confirmed before production.

Stage 2: Factory Prefabrication.

Over 90% of the Design Fabricated Modern Prefabricated Hospital can be completed in the factory, which is also one of the core values of the product. The main content of this stage is shown in the figure.

Stage 3: On-site Construction.

For the Design Fabricated Modern Prefabricated Hospital, this stage is usually carried out simultaneously with factory production. Since more than 90% of the assembly work is completed in the factory, only foundation construction and main steel frame hoisting are required on site.

Stage 4: Installation and Acceptance.

We deliver your products to the construction site by sea. The main building is assembled through embedded construction, and key parts can be welded for reinforcement. Finally, the connection of electromechanical interfaces and relevant acceptance tests are completed to finalize the project.
