● Blast-resistant Wall and Structure:

Wall Structure: Double-layer steel plate + interlayer filled with explosion-proof materials;

Steel Plate Thickness: High-quality cold-rolled steel plate;

Column Base Protection: Concrete encasement

● Pressure Relief Roof/Wall System:

Steel Structure Explosion-Proof Safety Warehouse must be equipped with lightweight pressure relief surfaces to withstand sudden explosion pressure. The pressure relief area is usually ≥0.05 ㎡/m³. High-performance materials such as lightweight and fragile roof panels (e.g., aluminum-magnesium alloy pressure relief panels) are adopted to rupture and release pressure within 0.03 seconds.

Project Experience

HTGR stands for high-temperature gas-cooled reactor. It is a nuclear power technology independently developed and broken through by our enterprise without any prior case references, and was practically applied in the 2021 nuclear power project. The project is equipped with 6 sets of million-kilowatt-class nuclear power units, with a total steel consumption of 30,000 tons. It serves as a typical demonstration for EHSS in the construction of Steel Structure Explosion-Proof Safety Warehouses.
