Worried about coating peeling and compromising the corrosion protection effect?

Don’t worry at all. Our factory first blasts the components to Sa2.5 grade for rust removal, then applies a cold zinc coating composite system. We check the coating adhesion for every component before delivery, and touch up the local areas after on-site assembly to ensure no coating damage.

Concerned that the welds aren’t strong enough?

Rest assured completely. Explosion and Corrosion Resistant Steel Warehouse is welded with high-strength low-alloy welding wires. We additionally apply a layer of polyurea topcoat on the weld areas to enhance protection, and carry out explosion-proof sealing treatment at the same time to completely eliminate potential safety hazards.
