1. What if the Steel Structure Open-air Stadium encounters bad weather?

The steel structure itself can resist Category 12 typhoons and heavy rainfall.

2. How to prevent corrosion?

The steel structure undergoes strict anti-corrosion treatment: sandblasting to Sa2.5 grade + epoxy zinc-rich primer + intermediate coat + topcoat (or hot-dip galvanizing). With normal maintenance, it can remain rust-free for 10–15 years.

3. How long does construction take?

Take a 10,000-seat open-air stadium as an example:

2 months for design, 3 months for factory production (can be parallel with on-site foundation work), 3–4 months for on-site installation.

Total construction period: about 8–10 months, 40%–60% faster than concrete structures.
