Product processing procedure

The Prefabricated Apple Cabin is not a residential building constructed on-site through pouring. It is a highly prefabricated product manufactured in our Chinese steel structure factory. Its manufacturing usually includes the following steel structure technologies:

● Deep design and BOM list generation: Using 3D software to establish the building model, then breaking it down into different modules. We precisely calculate the dimensions of each module in millimeters to ensure a tight connection between components.

● Main frame processing: We use CNC laser cutting technology to precisely cut the steel beams and columns, and then connect the components with bolts or weld them together.

■ Enclosure installation: Install aluminum panels and glass curtain walls. The color of the aluminum panels can be customized according to the client's requirements.

■ Interior decoration: The decoration includes pipeline pre-installation, insulation filling, floor laying, bathroom installation, etc.

● Finished product inspection:

■ Water resistance test: Use a high-pressure water gun to simulate heavy rain and continuously spray water on the roof and the joints of doors and windows for more than 30 minutes to check if there is any leakage inside.

■ Appearance inspection: Under standard lighting conditions, check if the paint surface has scratches, color differences, or orange peel texture. Check if the arc of the round corners is smooth and if the gaps are uniform.

The internal layout can be adjusted according to the needs: dividing the space into bedroom/living room/kitchen/bathroom areas, adding or removing window positions, and choosing to install underfloor heating/projection screens, etc.

4. How about the insulation and heat preservation performance?

The wall is filled with 100-150mm thick rock wool or glass wool, with a thermal conductivity of ≤ 0.04 W/(m·K). Combined with the hollow Low-E glass, it can adapt to an environment ranging from -20℃ to 40℃. Standardly equipped with air conditioning/underfloor heating interfaces, and some models can be optionally equipped with a new air system.
