Core structure

The structure of the Green steel structure prefab house building is made of steel. The main load-bearing components (such as beams and columns) are made of high-strength, highly galvanized cold-formed thin-walled steel or hot-rolled steel. These steel materials are precisely processed in our factory.

Material Characteristics

The strength of steel is much higher than that of wood. It has excellent seismic resistance (due to its good toughness and ductility) and wind resistance, capable of withstanding typhoons and earthquakes.

Compared to reinforced concrete, steel structures are lighter in weight, have lower requirements for the foundation, and reduce the cost of the foundation.

The steel produced in factories has extremely high dimensional accuracy, reaching the level of millimeters, laying the foundation for precise installation.

Prefabricated construction method

The various components of the prefabricated houses we produce, such as steel beams, steel columns, floor slabs, walls, roof trusses, etc., are not manufactured on-site at the construction site but are pre-made on the production lines in the factory.

Mobile prefabricated houses are temporary buildings with simple structures, poor insulation and soundproofing, low comfort levels, and a short design lifespan. They are mainly used for temporary accommodation.

The Green steel structure prefab house is a permanent building with a design lifespan of up to 50 years or even longer. Its performance, comfort level and aesthetic appeal can fully match or even surpass those of traditional brick-concrete or reinforced concrete buildings.
