✔ Structure Selection:

Single-storey portal frame is adopted for raw material sorting, packaging workshops and bulk storage; multi-storey steel frame is adopted for vertical process and intensive projects; and hybrid structure is adopted for large-scale integrated Steel Structure Food Processing Plants.

✔ Priority on Corrosion Protection:

We use Q235NH/Q355NH weathering steel or apply hot-dip galvanizing treatment to the steel surface, adopting a heavy-duty anti-corrosion system consisting of epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate coat and polyurethane topcoat. Corrosion factors in food environments are fully considered from material selection to joint details.

✔ Cleanliness Requirements:

Enclosed with smooth stainless steel face sandwich panels or clean panel ceilings. Internal corners at the junctions of walls and floors, and between walls are constructed as arcs with R ≥ 50mm. A drainage slope is reserved to ensure hygienic, dead-corner-free and easy-to-clean conditions.

✔ Temperature Control Assurance:

Cold bridge prevention pads made of polyurethane or high-density polyethylene are used for cold bridge treatment. The envelope insulation layer is laid continuously. All pipes penetrating panels are equipped with airtight sleeves and subjected to air tightness tests.

Classic Cases

Mengniu Dairy Industrial Park in Lingwu, Ningxia, is a typical Steel Structure Food Processing Plant, with a total construction area of approximately 150,000 ㎡. The processing area adopts a multi-storey steel frame structure, and the filling workshop uses a purified steel structure sandwich panel ceiling, with a cleanliness level reaching ISO Class 7.
