Steel Structure Chemical Plant is a special building that must comply with special safety requirements such as corrosion resistance, explosion protection, fire protection and seepage prevention. When manufacturing such products, our factory strictly controls product quality from material selection to production and installation, ensuring both rapid commissioning and safe quality of the products.

● Core Material Selection

We adopt high-strength steel combined with anti-corrosion technologies to extend the service life of our products.

✔ Base Material:

- For general environments: Q235B or Q355B carbon structural steel is selected.

- For highly corrosive environments: weathering steels such as Q355NH are preferred.

- For parts in direct contact with corrosive media: 316L or 304 stainless steel is typically used.

✔ Section Design:

- Closed sections or solid-web sections are prioritized, with strict control over the minimum wall thickness.

- Cold-formed thin-walled steel sections are strictly prohibited for primary load-bearing components.

✔ Anti-corrosion Coating:

- A three-coat system is applied: epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate coat, and polyurethane or fluorocarbon topcoat.

- The total dry film thickness shall be no less than 200 μm.
