It adopts a "concrete core tube + steel frame" system, with a 10-meter-square glass grid wrapping the exposed concrete structure, forming a simple square column shape. All 104 apartments are column-free Spaces with a floor height of 3.8 meters and are equipped with panoramic floor-to-ceiling Windows. Wind dampers are installed on the top of the building to reduce swaying in strong winds. Rafael Vinoly challenged the structural limit with a 1:15 height-to-width ratio by setting up seven "independent building blocks" in staggered layers to disperse wind loads. The steel consumption reached 15,000 tons, equivalent to 2.5 Eiffel Towers.
