Our factory uses H-beams, I-beams, box columns and other sections to form vertical columns and horizontal beams, ensuring that the floor height and clear height meet the requirements of parking layout and vehicle passage, thus creating a modern three-dimensional parking building — Steel Structure Parking Garage.

● Foundation Type:

Independent foundation, strip foundation or pile foundation is selected according to geological conditions and superstructure loads. Steel columns are rigidly connected to the foundation via anchor bolts at the column base.

● Bracing and Lateral Force Resisting System:

Profiled steel sheet composite floor slabs are adopted. Some projects use steel-concrete composite slabs or full steel floor slabs.

Cross bracing, eccentric bracing or steel plate shear walls are installed in the core area. Beam-column connections are made with high-strength bolts or full welding.

● Auxiliary Structures:

Steel structure ramps/concrete ramps, profiled steel sheets/ALC panels or curtain walls, colored steel tiles/metal roofing systems are used.

1. Do you provide installation services, or do we need to find our own construction team?

Even for overseas projects, we have professional construction teams available for your Steel Structure Parking Garage. However, you will be responsible for the related costs. If you request us to include full installation in the quotation initially, these costs will be listed together.

If you only purchase our structural components, we assume you have prepared your own construction team by default, and no such costs will be incurred. 2. How long is your warranty period? What should we do if problems occur?

The main steel structure generally has a “design service life of 10–15 years”, and the anti-corrosion and anti-rust coating is normally warranted for “3–5 years”.

We provide “24-hour after-sales response”. Once receiving your feedback, our technicians will provide a preliminary solution within 2 hours. We supply free spare parts for repairs for non-human-induced damage.

3. Do you have experience exporting to our country (or countries with similar climates)? Do you have relevant certifications?

We have extensive experience in overseas projects, and our products have been exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America and other regions.

We can provide material mill certificates, ISO 9001 quality system certification, third-party inspection reports such as SGS / CE according to the requirements of the destination country, and assist in preparing customs clearance certification documents for the destination port.
